Linda Rich, ARNP-PC

Hello Families:

My name is Ms. Linda. I am one of your Future Pediatric Nurse Practitioner’s. I believe in the family or holistic approach to pediatric care. Similarly, the health of the family is important to the child’s health.

I am from Chicago, Illinois. Then, I traveled to Texas and received my Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. I practiced as a nurse for many years since that time. I obtained 5 years of Neonatal Intensive Care and 3 years of Pediatric Intensive Care experience. Then, I proceeded to work as an Assistant Professor of Pediatric Nursing at a local Junior College in Pensacola for eleven years. During that time, I received my Master’s degree in Nursing Education. I decided to return to advanced practice and received my Child Health Specialty Certificate and second Master’s Degree. Since that time, I have been a Nurse Practitioner in the Primary Care setting for 5 years. I also have one year in the Pediatric Emergency and Pediatric Urgent Care setting. I am currently working on my Doctorate Degree in Nurse Practice to continue to remain on top of the current research in pediatric nursing. I have a total of twenty-five years of pediatric experience.

My specialties are newborn and adolescent medicine. I especially enjoy assisting children with skin problems and behavior problems.

I am the Outreach Minister at a local church in Pensacola where we attempt to meet the needs of the community. I also enjoy sports and outdoor activities.

I look forward to seeing you at FUTURE Pediatrics!!!
